We ship our matcha and products from Tokyo, Japan.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Orders are shipped via Japan Post. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

International Shipping (UK, US, EU, etc.)

Orders are shipped via DHL Express. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
We cannot control or predict these charges.

Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, sent to your email once shipped.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier using your tracking number. We will assist if necessary, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.
