Storage: Replace the inner lid after each use and seal the outer lid firmly to preserve freshness and aroma.

Single-Cultivar Okumidori from Shizuoka
Okumidori is prized for its quiet umami and vivid colour, unfolding slowly on the palate.
A single-cultivar Okumidori matcha from the Makinohara Plateau in Shizuoka, Japan’s leading tea region.
Deep emerald green in colour, it offers a pleasant umami that slowly spreads throughout the mouth.

Tradition in Every Leaf
Grown and handpicked by a family that has cultivated these fields for over 90 years, the tea plants are shaded for four weeks using the traditional kanreisha method, allowing natural air and moisture to circulate while developing a deeper, more rounded flavour.

A Tin Handcrafted in Tokyo
Finished in araishu, a colour that feels sacred yet restrained, with a minimal, seamless silhouette.
Each tin is handcrafted in Tokyo, one by one. Quiet in presence, it reflects Japanese craftsmanship shaped by balance, precision, and restraint.

Made To Protect The Matcha
The seamless construction of the tin is a functional choice. Hand-adjusted to a tolerance of 0.01 mm, with an inner lid crafted by hand, it protects the matcha from moisture and light, keeping it stable over time.
Developed for Japan's humid climate, this technique has been refined for more than 130 years, using materials that meet modern food-safety standards.
